RESOLUTION NO.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-30 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-30
WHEREAS, a contract has been entered into by the
City of iariii Beach and Gedney & Murphy Inc. , for the con-
struction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the City Council that the work on said contract
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations governing the same and have recommended that the
same he accented.
TWF,REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk
of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance
with section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
