RESOLUTION NO. 767
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-32 SANITARY SEWER IMPROViirDINT SR-32
WEE EAS, the above designated Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement has been constructed by City of idliami Beach force
account, and
WHEREAS, the Cit: ngi_Zeer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the City Council that the work on said sewer improve-
ment has been completed in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications governing the same and have recommended that the same
be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, elorida:
1st: what said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City .engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk
of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance
with Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
