RESOLUTION NO. 768
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-33 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-33
WHEREAS, the above designated Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement has been constructed by City of Miami Beach force
account, and
AREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the City Council that the work on said sewer im-
provement has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications governing the same and have recommended that
the same be accepted.
THEREFOR;, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Cit:, of 1 iami beach, .r'lorida:
1st: 'That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk
of said. City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with
Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
