RESOLUTION NO. 771
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-36 SANITARY SEWER IMPROTEMENT SR-36
` WHEREAS, the above designated Sanitary Sewer Improvement -
has been constructed by City of Miami Beach force account, and
WARE AS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach
and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to
the City Council that the work on said sewer improvement has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
governing the same and have recommended that the same be ac-
cepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer and
the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby approved
and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of saidOity be, and he
is hereby directedto prepare and file with the City Clerk
of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance
with Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January , A.D. ,
1925.
