RESOLUTION NO. 775
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-42 SANITARY SEWER DIPROVE1i NT SR-42
WHEREAS, the above designated. Sanitary Sewer Improvement
has been constructed by City of Miami Beach force account, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach and
the street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to the
City Council that the work on said sewer improvement has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications govern-
ing the same and have recommended that the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: ''hat said report of the said. City Engineer and the

Street committeeman be, and the same is , hereby approved and
confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said. City be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said
City, a preliminarh assessment roll in accordance with Section
29 of the City Charter of said. City.
