RESOLUTION NO. 777
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That said City Council has no
objection to the construction, by the Flamingo
Company and the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company, of
enclosures in Bi=cayne Bay for aquarium purposes,
adjoining the Flamingo Hotel property and the
Nautilus Hotel property, respectively, and hereby
waives all objection to the issua_1ce of permits
therefor by the War Department of the United States
in accord with applications therefor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January,
