RESOLUTION NO. 778
WHEREAS, Mr. Malcolm Haywood, through his engineer,
Ir. W. E. Brown, has submitted blue prints of the plans
for and an application to the City Council for a waiver
of objections to the construction of a pier at the prop-
erty of said Malcolm Haywood on Hibiscus Island in Bis-
cayne Bay in Miami Beach, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TIi; CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That said City Council h .s no objection
to the construction of said pier in accord with applica-
tion made to the War Department of the United States, or
to the issuance of a permit therefor by said War Depart-
ment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January, A. D. ,
1925.
