Resolution 779 1V ' t r:v RESOLUTION NO. 779 District SR-47 Sewer Improvement SR-47 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida: That the construction of the following described improve- ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29, of the City Charter. SR-47 An eighteen (18") inch Concrete Storm Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances: In Michigan Avenue twenty-five (25' ) feet East of the West property line from a point twenty-five (25' ) feet South of the North property line of Eighteenth Street to Collins Canal; As said Avenue, Street and Canal are shown on a plat re- corded in Plat Book #6, Page 29, Public Records of ,Dade County, Florida. Which Storm Sewer the City Council hereby declares to be a special benefit to all of the property embraced within the follow- ing described district: Beginning at the intersection of the center-line of Nineteenth Street with the center-line of Jefferson Avenue and runnning Southerly along the said center-line of Jefferson Avenue, to a point three hundred and forty (340' ) feet South of the South line of Seventeenth Street; thence Westerly parallel with, and three hundred and forty (340') feet South of the said South line of Seventeenth Street to a point one hundred and sixty (160' ) feet West of the West line of Michigan Avenue ; thence Northerly parallel vi th, and one hundred and sixty (160' ) feet West of the said West line of Michigan Avenue to a point forty-one and two-tenths (41.2') feet North of the Northline of Eighteenth Street ; thence Northeasterly to the West line of said Michigan Avenue to a point one hundred and thirty-one and four-tenths (131.4' ) feet North of the said North line of Eighteenth Street; thence continued Northeasterly to the East line of said Michigan Avenue to a point one hundred seventy and nine-tenths (170.9' ) feet North of the said North line of Eighteenth Street ; thence continued Northeasterly to the West line of said Jefferson Avenue to a point three hundred and forty (340') feet North of the said North line of Eighteenth Street ; thence Northeasterly to the point of the beginning; as said Avenues and Streets are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book #6, Page 29, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement. and an eptimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec- tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other e xpenses necessary and proper. t _ This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings assessments and bonds as Storm Sewer Improvement SR-47, and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-47.
