AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 67g
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE
RATES THEREOF,"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 1, That a schedule of rates of salaries for the Admini-
stratiVe Officers of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and
the same is hereby established as follows:
A. CITY ENGINEER Salary per month $521.00
B. CITY CLERK Salary per month 544,00
C. SHOP AND WATER SUPERINTENDENT Salary per month 440.00
D. POLICE CHIEF Salary per month -540.00
E. FIRE CHIEF Salary per month 417.00
F. TAX ASSESSOR Salary per month 409.00
G. CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR Salary per month 409.00
H. GENERAL RECREATION OFFICER Salary per month 409.00
I. BEACH PATROL CAPTAIN Salary per month 409.00
J.- MUNICIPAL JUDGE Salary per month 409.00
K. ASSOCIATE MUNICIPAL JUDGE Salary per month 91.00
L. GOLF COURSE MANAGER Salary per month 316.00
M. CITY MANAGER Salary per month 1,061,00
N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 590,00
together with a monthly allowance to
said City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 222.30
and together with a monthly allowance to
said City Attorney for an assistant in

BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMIN-
ISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING
THE RATES THEREOF" , having been passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of May,
A.D. , 1945, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
