AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION
1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 677 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 677
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida reading as
follows :
"(Provided, however, that if, as and when a Life
Guard Lieutenant shall, by direction of the City
Manager, perform the duties of Beach Patrol Captain,
by reason of the absence from duty of said Beach
Patrol Captain, then, and in that event, the maxi-
mum pay per week for said Life Guard Lieutenant
shall be 05.90)
be and the same is amended to read as follows:

_ SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective as of
April 1st, 1945.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, A.D. 1945.

entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO 677 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" , having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 6th day of June, A.D. , 1945, and that said Ordinance re-
mained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on
this the 16th day of August, A.D. , 1945.
