AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND
FIXING THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as fol-
lows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month $590.00
together with a monthly allowance to
said City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 222.30
and together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for an assistant
in the sum of 316.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month $590.00
together with a monthly allowance to
said City Attorney for secretarial
assisstance in the sum of 227.70
and together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for an assistant
in the sum of 400.00"•
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective on the
1st day of December, A. D. , 1945.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, A. D. , 1945.

ENTITLED " "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE AD-
MINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF " " , having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 5th day of
December, A. D. , 1945, and that the said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City
of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 10th day of January, A. D. , 1946.
