ORDINANCE NO. 757
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
• COMMONLY KNOTtfl AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be
and the same is hereby amended so as to place in "RC" Estate District
and in Area District No, 32, as said districts are referred to and
described in said ordinance, the following described property situate,
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to—wit:
All of Blocks 47, 50, 52, 58, 61, 62 and 65 of
NORMANDY GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, at
page 62, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be
and the same are hereby amended so as to place in Area District No. 14,
as said district is referred to and described in said ordinance, the
following described property situate, lying and being in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to—wit:
All of Blocks 48, 49, 53, 59, 60, 63 and 64 of
NORMANDY GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, at
page 62, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
SECTION 12, That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law,
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A.D. , 1946.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. "
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 6th day of February, A. D. , 1946, and that the said Ordi-
nance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 19th day of March, A.D. 1946.
