AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING
THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 1. That a schedule of rates of salaries for the
Administrative Officers of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
be and the same is hereby established as follows:
A. CITY ENGINEER Salary per month it 675.00
B. CITY CLERK Salary per month 700.00
C. SHOP AND WATER SUPERINTENDENT Salary per month 44.00
D. POLICE CHIEF Salary per month 594.00
E. FIRE CHIEF Salary per month 458.70
F. TAX ASSESSOR Salary per month 449.90
G. CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR Salary per month 449.90
H. GENERAL RECREATION OFFICER Salary per month 429.50
I. BEACH PATROL CAPTAIN Salary per month 449.90
J. MUNICIPAL JUDGE Salary per month 449.90
K. ASSOCIATE MUNICIPAL JUDGE Salary per month 100.10
L. GOLF COURSE MANAGER Salary per month 347,60
M. CITY MANAGER Salary per month 1,167.00

STRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY 'OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND
FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. " having been passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 6th day of February,
A.D. , 1946, and that the said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with
the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.

on this the 19th day of March, A. D. 1946.
