AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS
12.28.01 TO 12.28. 11, INCLUSIVE,
OF ORDINANCE NO. 592 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, KNOWN
AND DESIGNATED AS TBE "MIAMI BEACH
BUI T,)I NG CODE" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 12.28.01 of Ordinance No. 592 of the
City of Miami Beach, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows :
"12.28.01 There shall be charged and collected by
the City Clerk, on certification by the
Plumbing inspector, before the issuance
of any permit, fees as hereinafter set
forth, which said fees shall be placed
to the credit of the General Fund of the
City of Miami Beach. "
SECTION 2. That Section 12.28.02 of Ordinance No. 592 of the
City of Miami Beach, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
12.28.02 Roughing-in or plugged outlets for:

Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 6th day of March, A. D. , 1946,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
