RESOLUTION NO. 781
District SR-49 Sewer Improvement SR-49
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29, of
the City Charter.
SR-49 An eight (8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes, appurtenances and House Connections :
In the Alley between Collins Avenue and Washington
Avenue, two (2' ) feet West of the center-line, from a
point two (2') feet South of the center-line of Second •
Street to a point three (3' ) feet South of the South
line of Third Street ;
As said Alley, Avenues and Streets are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book #2, Page 38, and as said Collins
and Washington Avenues are named and designated in Or-
dinance #170, recorded in Deed Book #297, Page 242, all
of Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare andto
file with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said im-
provements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an es-
timate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This im-
provement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-49, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall
be designated as District SR-»49.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, A.D. , 1925.
