RESOLUTION NO. 783
District SR-51 Sewer Improvement SR-51
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29, of
the City Charter.
SR-51 A twelve (12") inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necess-
manholes, appurtenances and House Connections:
In Second Street two (21 ) feet South of the center-line,
from the center-line of Meridian Avenue to a point two
(2' ) feet West of the center-line of Alley between
Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue;
As said Street, Avenues and Alley are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book #2, Pages 38 And 81, and as said
Meridian, Collins and Washington Avenues are named and
designated in Ordinance #170, recorded in Deed Book #297
Page 242, all of Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said im-
provements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This improve-
ment shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-51, and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be
designated as District SR-51.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, A.D. 1925.
