RESOLUTION NO. 789
WHEREAS, Yr. F. E. Stuyvesant, through his Engineer,
Mr. W. E. Brown, has submitted blue prints of the plans for
and an application to the City Council for a waiver of objec-
tions to the construction of a wharf and the driving of moor-
ing piles in Indian Creek in front of property belonging to
said F. E. Stuyvesant , immediately south of forty-first Street
in Miami Beach, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE,- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TN CITY OF :tIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
ciection 1: That said City Council has no objection
to the construction of a wharf and the driving of mooring
piles in accord with an application made to the War Depart-
ment of the United States or to the issuance of a permit there-
for by said War Department.
