RESOLUTION NO . 791
District SR-47 Sewer Improvement SR-47
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of February, 1925, ordered the Sewer
Improvement SR-47, District SR-47, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said im-
provement, and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would
on the 18th day of iebruary, 1925 , at the City Hall in said
City, at 9 :00 o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement, and no remonstrances having
been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, r'loric.a, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-47, Dis-
trict SR-47, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
