Ordinance 784 ORDINANCE NO. 74 AN ORDINANCE ATTENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 457 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PRO- VIDING FOR THE REGISTRATION, PHOTOGRAPHING AND FINGER- PRINTING OF ALL EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED IN SAID CITY_ AT ANY NIGHT CLUB, ANY PLACE HANDLING LIQUOR, BEER OR WINE IN ANY FORM, PLACES OF AMUSEMENT, HOTELS, ROOM- ING HOUSES, APARTMENT HOUSES, DELIVERY SERVICES, RESTAURANTS, BATH CLUBS, BATH HOUSES, SOLARIUMS; AND ALL CADDIES, NEWSPAPER DELIVERY BOYS OVER THE AGE OF SEVENTEEN, SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS, DOMESTIC SERVANTS, TAXICAB DRIVERS, VENDING MACHINE OPERATORS, AND CHARTER BOAT OPERATORS; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSU- ANCE OF IDENTIFICATION CARDS TO SAID PERSONS; ESTAB- LISHING A FEE OF 250 FOR EACH SUCH IDENTIFICATION CARD OR RENEWAL THEREOF, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 457 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "Section 2. Identification cards shall be issued to each such person so registering, which said identification card shall be renewed by the holder thereof each twelve (12) months thereafter by re-registration as above set forth." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section. 21, Identification cards shall be issued to each such person so registering, which said identification card shall be renewed by the holder thereof each thirty-six (36) months thereafter by re-registration as above set forth." SECTION 2 That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, A. D. 1946. D. , 1946, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
