RESOLUTION.n. 793
District SR-49 Sewer Improvement SR-49
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of eebruary, 1925, ordered the Sewer
Improvement SR-49, District SR-49, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing
to the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable
to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publica-
tion as repaired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 18th day of . ebruary, 1925, at the
City hall in said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. H. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no re-
monstrances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, :Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-49, District SR-49,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
