RESOLUTION NO. 794
District SR-50 Sewer Improvement SR-50
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of February, 1925, ordered the Sewer
Improvement SR-50, District SR-50, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, inclining an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing
to the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable
to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publica-
tion as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 18th day of February, 1925, at the
City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirma-
tion of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no
remonstrances having been presented at the time and place a-
foresaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council orderin_r said Sewer Improvement SR-50, Dis-
trict SR-50, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
