BE IT R :SOLVID BY T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That 413,000.00 , or such part thereof as may
be necessary, of that sum of money raised for
the construction of Storm Sewers designated
SR-15, SR-17 , SR-21, and SR-22, and which has
not been needed for that purpose , said Storm
Sewer Improvement having been completed leav-
ing said 413,000.00 unused by the same , is
hereby appropriated to the construction of
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-48, SR-49 ,
SR-50 , and SR-51.
