That Sidewalks on both sides of Meridian Avenue, be- tween the north line of First Street and a point eighty- one feet South of the South line of 2spanola Way, shall be constructed five feet wide end two feet from the boundary line of the Avenue; Section 2. That Sidewalks on Washington Avenue , between the North line of Biscayne Avenue end the South line of First Street, shall be constructed seven feet vide on both sides of the Avenue . Section 3. • That Sidewalks on the Nast side of Michigan Avenue , between the =mast line of Alton toad and the South line of Second Street, shall be constructed eight feet wide. Section 4. That Sidewalks on the Notth side of second Street, between the West line of ::ichigan Avenue and the yast line of Alton hoad, shall be constructed seven and one-half feet wide . Section 5. That Sidewalks on both sides of Lenox Avenue, between the ]ast line of Alton road and the South line of Fifth Street, shall be constructed eight feet wide . Section 6 . That Sidewalks on the West side of L`uclid Avenue , be- tween the West line of Washington Avenue and the South line of Third Street, shall be constructed eight feet wide . Section 7 . Thct Sidewalks on the quest side of Pennsylvania Avenue , between the West line of Washington Av.;nue and the South line of Seventh Street, shall be constructed eight feet wi d e. Section 8. That Sidewalks on the 1.orth side of ,eventh Street , be- tween the -ast line of Pennsylvania Avenue and the West line of Washington Avenue , shall be constructed seven and one-half feet wide . „mowiblits Section 9 . mhat Sidewalks on the West side of Drexel avenue , between the West line of Washington Avenue and the South line of Eleventh Street , shall be constructed eight feet wide . Section 10. That sidewalks on the North side of Eleventh Street , be- tween the Last line of Drexel Avenue and the West line of Washington Avenue , shall be constructed seven and one- half feet wide. Section lle That Sidewalks ccnstruc sed on both sides of Ucean Drive and 'a ten foot walk shown on Plats immediately Last of Ocean Drive , betieen the North line of Biscayne Avenue and the Louth line of Sixth Street , as shown on Plats recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be, and the same are , hereby fixed at a width of nine and one-half feet, and the same shall be laid-on the West side of said Ocean Drive so that the East line of said walk shall be five and one-half feet West of the Westerly boundary line of said Ocean Drive as shown on Plats re- corded on the.Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and on the Last side of said Ocean Drive said Sidewalk shall be nine and one-half feet wide and the West boundary line thereof shall be five and one-half feet Last of the East line of the aforesaid ten foot walk; provided, how- ever, that this shall not apply where said Sidewalk would be laid upon private property not dedicated to the public use , it being hereby determined that in all other cases private property on the Last end West side of said Ocean Drive and ten foot walk has been dedicated by property owners to admit of the construction of said Sidewalk upon said Ocean Drive as dedicated to the Public use by Dedi- cation Deeds made by the abutting property owners. Section 12. That the Curb line on both sides of Washington Avenue , between the 'tiorth line of First Street and the South line of Lincoln Road, be , and the same is, hereby fixed at twelve feet from the boundary line of the Avenue. Section 13. That the Curb line on both sides of Firs Street , between the West line of Washington Avenue and the East line of Alton"Road, be , and the same is, hereby fixed at twelve feet from the boundary line of the Street. Section 14. That the Curb line on both sides of Alton Road, between the South line of First Street, deflected Southwesterly at right angles to the West line of Alton "Road, and the South line of Fifth Stret , be , and the same is, hereby fixed at twelve feet from the boundary line of the ;toad. Section 15. Th&:t the curb line on both sides of Washington avenue , between the North line of Biscayne Avenue end the South line of First Street, be , and the same is, hereby fixed at seven and. one-half feet from the boundary line of the Avenue. 1 Section 16 .
