RESOLUTION NO. 800
DISTRICT SR-52 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-52
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That he construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-52 An eight ( 8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In the center of Lenox Avenue, from a point
thirty-five feet North of the North line of
Fifth Street to a point twenty-five feet South
of the South lite of Seventh Street ; and
Also from a point thirty-two feet South of the
South line of Eleventh Street to a point thirty-
five feet north o f the North line of Eighth
Street ;
In the center of an Alley between Lenox Avenue
and Alton noac_, from a point one hundred feet
North of the cent ;r line of Fifth Street to a
point twenty-five feet South of the South line
of Eighth Street;
In the center of Seventh Street, from a point
thirty feet East of the West line of Alton road
to the center line of an alley between said Alton
Road and Lenox Avenue ;
in Alton Road eleven feet west of the East line
thereof, from a -Joint thirty-two feet South of
the South line of Eleventh Street to a point
thirty-five feet North of the North line of Eighth
Street;
In the center of Tenth Street, from a point eleven
feet West of the East line of Alton noad to the
center line of Lenox Avenue ;
In the center of West Avenue, from a point thirty-
two feet South of the South line of Eleventh Street
to a point two hundred and seventy-five feet South
of the center line of k inch Street; and
Also from a point thirty feet South of the South
line of Thirteenth Street to a point thirty feet
Borth of the North line of Eleventh Street ; and
Also from a point twenty-five feet South of the
South line of fifteenth Street to a point thirty

in the center of Euclid Avenue, from the center
line of fifteenth Street, to a point two hundred

In the center of Jefferson Avenue, from the center
line of Fifteenth street, to a point two hundred
and sixty feet worth of the center line of Sixteenth
Street;
In the center of Michigan Avenue, from the center
line of fifteenth Street to a point two hundred and
sixty feet North of the center line of sixteenth
Street;
in the center of Lenox Avenue, from the center line
of .Fifteenth Street to a point two hundred and sixty
feet North of the center line of sixteenth Street;
in the center of Jefferson Avenue, from tha center
line of Eighteenth Street to the center line of
Nineteenth Street;
In the center of Michigan Avenue, from the center
line of the Alley between Lincoln Road and 17th
Street to a point fifty-two feet North of the South
line of Seventeenth Street ;
In Lenox Avenue eighteen feet East of the West line
thereof, from the center line of the alley between
Lincoln Road and Seventeenth Street to a point twenty-
five feet South of the South line of Eighteenth Street ;
In Alton goad two feet West of the East line thereof,
from a point three hundred and ten feet South
of the center line of Seventeenth Street to a
point three hundred and seventy-five feet North
of the said center line of Seventeenth Street ;
In the center of Seventeenth Street, from a
point two feet West of the East line of Alton
Road to the -past line of West Avenue;
In the center of West Avenue, from the center
line of Lincoln noad to a point twenty-five feet
South of the South line of Seventeenth Street;
In the center of Bay Road, from the center line
of Lincoln noad to a point four hundred and
forty feet Borth of the North line of Lincoln
Road; as said Avenues, Streets, Alleys, Roads
and Place are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, Page 81; Plat Book No. 4, Page 125 ;
Plat Book No. 6, Pages 5 , 12, 26, 29, 30, 34,
114, 165 and 183; Plat Book No. 7, Pages 15 and
160; and in Plat Book No. 9 , Pages 69, 70 and
110; and as said Lenox avenue is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed
Book No. 297, .rage 242, all of the Public records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-52 and
the property against ?th ich assessments may be made for the
cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-52.
