RESOLUTION NO. 801
DISTRICT SR-53 SEWER =MOVE:1=T SR-53
BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-53 A ten ( 10) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In the center of Tenth Street, from a point
eleven feet West of the East line of Alton
Road to the center line of West Avenue ;
In the center of Fourteenth Street, from a
• point thirty feet East of the West line of
Alton Moad to the center line of West Ave-
4: nue, as said Road, Avenue and Streets are
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book No. 4,
Page 125 , Plat Book No. 7 , Page 160 and Plat
Book No. 9, Page 110, of the rublic records
of Jiade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of •
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate , the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-53, and the property against thich assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designat-
ed as District SR-53.
