RESOLUTION NO. 802
DISTRICT SR-54 SEWER LAPROVEMNT SR-54
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIA: I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-54 A ten ( 10) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances:
In the center of Nineteenth Street, from a
point nine and one-half feet East of the West
line of Alton Road to a point eleven(-4feet
► West -of the East line of said Alton Road;

\r\ In Alton Road, from a point on the center
line of Nineteenth Street eleven feet West
of the East line of Alton Road to the inter-
section of the center line of North ilichigan
Avenue, with the center line of said Alton
Road, as said Road, Streets and Avenues are
shown on Plats reco •ded in Plat Book No . 6,
Page 116, and in Plat Book No . 9, Pages 144
and 145, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-54, and the property against which assessments
may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designat-
ed as District SR-54.
