DISTRICT SR-55 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-55
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the
City Charter.
SR-55 An eight f8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and apurtenances :
In the center of Bay Road, from a point twenty-
eight feet Southeast of the Northwest line of
Dade Boulevard to a point three hundred and
ninety-five feet North from said Northwest line
of Dade Boulevard; and
Also from the center line of Eighteenth Street
to a point thirty feet South of the South line
of Twentieth Street ;
In the center of West Avenue, from the center
line of Eighteenth Street to a point thirty
feet South of the South line of Twentieth Street ;
In the center of Eighteenth Street , from a point
nine and one-half feet East of the West line of
Alton Road, to a point sixty-one and one-half
feet East of the East line of AltonRoad;
In Dade Boulevard, eight feet Southeast of the
Northwest line thereof, from a point sixty-one
and one-half feet East of the said East line of
Alton Road to a point three hundred and twenty
feet Northeast from the said point Sixty-one and
one-half feet East of the East line of Alton Road;
In Alton Road eleven feet West of the East line
thereof, from the center line of Nineteenth Street
to a point Ninety feet North of the North line of
said . ighteenth Street; and
Also nine and one-half feet East of the West line
thereof, from the said center line of Nineteenth
Street to a point eight feet South of the North line
of Twentieth Street;
In the center of Nineteenth Street, from a point
eleven feet west of the said East line of Alton
Road, to a point eight feet Northeast of the South-
west line of North Michigan Avenue;
In North Michigan Avenue eight feet Northeast of
the Southwest line thereof, from the center line
of Nineteenth Street to a point four hundred and
forty feet Northwest of the said center line of
Nineteenth Street ;
In Twentieth Street eight feet South of the North
line thereof, from a likikat nine and one-half feet
stf+t East of the said West line of Alton Road, to a

point Twenty-one and one-half feet West of the
East line of Purdy Avenue, as said Roads , Bo-ale-
yard, Avenues and Streets are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book No. 6, Page 115 ; and in Plat
Book No. 9, Pages 144 and 145, of the Pudic Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the r e-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , as-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-55 , and
the property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-55.
