DISTRICT SR-56 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-56
BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the
City Uharter.
SR-56 An eight ( 8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In the center of Twenty-second Street , from
a point five feet West of the East line of
Sheridan Avenue to a point two hundred and
five feet Fest of the West line of said Sheri-
• dan Avenue ;
In the center of 'Twenty-first Street, from a
point seventy feet East of the West line of
Sheridan Avenue to a point three feet West
of the said West line of Sheridan .venue;
In the center of Twentieth Street, from a point
five feet West of the West line of Sheridan
Avenue to a point fifteen feet West of the East
line of Washington Avenue ;
In Washington Avenue fifteen feet West of the
said East line of Washington Avenue, from the
center line of Twentieth Street to the center
line of Nineteenth Street ;
In the center of Bineteenth Street, from the
center line of James Street to a point fif-
teen feet West of the said last line of Wash-
ington Avenue ; as said Avenues and Streets are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Bo. 2,
Page 77 and in Plat Book No. 6, Page 102; and
as said Washington Avenue is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance Bo. 170, recorded in Deed
Book Bo. 297, Page 242; all of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, i'lorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer improvement SR-56, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District SR-56.
