RESOLUTION NO. 8135
DISTRICT SR-61 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-61
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TT CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SR-61 An eight (8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances:
In Michigan Avenue, from a point on the
center line of said Michigan Avenue, and
fifty-two feet North of the South line of
Seventeenth Street to a point ten feet
West of the East line of said Michigan Ave-
nue and seven feet North of the North line
of said Seventeenth Street; also from said
point on the center line of Michigan Avenue
and fifty-two feet North of the South line
of Seven-teenth Street to a point ten feet
East of the West line of said Michigan Ave-
nue and seven feet North of North line of
said Seventeenth Street; and
Also on both sides of Michigan Avenue, ten
feet of the west boundary line thereof, and
ten feet West of the East boundary line there-
of from said points seven feet North of the
North line of said Seventeenth Street, to
points one hundred and seventy-five feet North
of the North line of Eighteenth Street, as
said Avenue and Streets are shown on a plat re-
corded in Plat Book No. 6, Page 29, of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This im-
provement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SK-61, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District SR-61.
