RESOLUTION NO. 806
DISTRICT SR-62 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-62
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRS', CITY Or MIA>'SI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the
City Charter.
SR-62 An eight ( 8) inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Twenty-first Street from a point on the
center line of said Twenty-first Street and
three feet West of the West line of Sheridan
Avenue , to a point three feet south of the
North line of said Twenty-first Street and
twenty-five feet West of the said West line
of Sheridan Avenue, and,
Also from the said point on the center line
of Twenty-first Street and three feet ':Wrest of
the said West line of Sheridan Avenue to a
point three feet North of the South line of
said Sheridan Avenue and twenty-five feet 'West
of said West line of Sheridan Avenue; and
Also on both sides of Twenty-first Street , three
feet South of the North boundary line thereof,
and three feet North of the South boundary line
thereof, from said points twenty-five feet West
of the West line of Sheridan avenue to points
forty-two feet Southeasterly of the East line
of Washington Avenue, as said Street and avenues
are shown on a rlat recorded in elat Book No. 6,
rage 102, and as said Washington Avenue, is named
and designated in Ordinance filo. 170, recorded in
Deed Book No. 297 , rage 242, all of the rublic
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including en
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-62, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District SR-62.
