ESOLUTION NO. 811
DISTRICT H-55 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-55
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF
MI."MI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the b liowing described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-55 FIRST STREET: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved, to a width
of seventy-six feet with a Bituminous
Wearing surface on a Hock Base and Con-
crete curb and gutter from the East line
of Washington .venue to the East line
of Alton Road; as said Street, Avenue ,
and Road are shown on a plat recorded in
flat Book No. 2, rage 81, and as said
Washington Avenue is named and designated
in Orinance No. 170, recorded in Deed
Book No. 297, rage 242, all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of thecost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bods and any other expenses
necessary and proper. Phis improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway improve-
ment H-55 , and the property against which assessments may
be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District H..55.
