RESOLUTION NO. 812
DISTRICT H-56 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-56
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-56 ALTON ROAD: To be paved, and where hereto-
fore paved, repaved, to a width of seventy-
six feet with a Bituminous Wearing Surface
on a Rock Base and Concrete curb and gutter,
from the South line of r'irst Street, deflect-
ed Southwest at an angle of ninety degrees
with Alton Road to a line thirty-five feet
south of the center line of Fifth Street ;
as said toad and Streets are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 81, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in -
eluding an estim-Ite of the cost of the e:Tenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improve-
H-56, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-56.
