AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE
LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF
LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED;
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HERE-
OF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and they are hereby amended so as to place in
"C" District, as said district is therein referred to and des-
cribed, the following described property situate in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Twenty-two (22) to Twenty-nine (29) ,
inclusive, and Lots Th ,xty-three (33) to
Forty-three (43) , inclusive, of Block One
(1) of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION,
according to the amended plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 2g, at page 2g, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as reauired by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D. ,
1947.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND
RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF
LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR TBE ENFORCEMT HEREOF",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of January,
A. D. , 1947, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of
the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
