AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
289 KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 commonly known as the Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, be and they are here-
by amended so as to place in Area District No. 19, as said District
is referred to and described in said ordinance, the following
described property situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, to-wit:
All of that portion of the North Half of
Lot 4; and all of that portion of Lots
5 and 6 of Block 54 of FISHER' S FIRST SUB-
DIVISION of Alton Beach, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, at
page 77, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, which lies East of the
dividing line between Lots 8 and 9 of said
Block 54 projected southerly.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of January, A. D. , 1947.

Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 796
entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 KNOWN AS
THS "ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" , having been
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 15th day of January, A. D. ,
1947, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at
least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this
