Ordinance 799 ORDINANCE NO. 799 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EN- TITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "0. Director of Personnel Salary per month $ 335.70 P. Assistant City Manager Salary per month 335.70 Q. If Offices of Director of Personnel and Assistant City Manager are combined Salary per month 605.20" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "0. Director of Personnel Salary per month 335.70 P. Assistant City Manager Salary per month 335.70 Q . If Offices of Director of Personnel and Assistant City Manager are combined Salary per month 500.00" SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect on February 5, 1947.
