AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended so
as to include in "RE" Multiple Family District and in Area Dis-
trict No. 17, as said districts are set forth and defined in
said Ordinance, the following described lands situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Blocks One (1) to Ten (10) , inclusive, of
BISCAYNE BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, at
page 67, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
AND ALSO
That certain parcel of land situate in said City,
and bounded as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Fractional
Section 3, Township 53 South, Range 42 East, Dade
County, Florida; thence South 1° 41' 45" East,
along the East line of said Fractional Section 3,
for a distance of 532.35 feet to a point ; thence
South 87° 25' 55" West, a distance of 11.850 feet
to a point; thence South 53° 18' 15" West, a dis-
tance of 84.587 feet to a point; thence run North-
easterly along the arc of a circular curve tangent
to the last described course and deflecting to the
right having a radius of 250.00 feet and a central
angle of 34u 07' 40" a distance of 148.911 feet to
a point of tangency; thence North 870 25' 55" east
a distance of 1004.554 feet to a point of curvature;
thence along the arc of a circular curve deflecting
to the right having a radius of 150.00 feet and a

as follows, to-wit :

SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA", having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 1st day of October, A. D. , 1947, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the City
of Miami Beach.
