ORDINANCE NO. 880
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORID,, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES
TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING
THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUINTCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 847.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for secre-
tarial assistance in the sum of 293.00
AND
Together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for an as-
sistant in the sum of
506.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 847.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for secre-
tarial assistance in the sum of 330.00
AND
Together with a monthly allowance
to said City Attorney for an as-
sistant in the sum of
506.00"
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 880; entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES
THEREOF", having been passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 16th day of March,
A. D. 1949, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this the 19th
day of April, A. D. 1949.
