AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EN-
TITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RE-
STRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSI-
NESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN
DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH;
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the map attached thereto and made a
part thereof be and the same is hereby amended so as to place
in District "C" as therein set forth and described the fol-
lowing described lands situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit, Lots Twenty-nine (29) and Thirty (30) of Block
Three (3) of Hibiscus Island according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 75, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida. .
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, A. D. 1947.

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 830, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN
ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN
THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY
BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HERE-
OF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF", having been
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 17th
day of December A. D. , 1947, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of. the City Charter of the City of
Miami Beach.

Florida, on this the 27th day of January A. D. 1948.
