AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
COMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended
so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family District and. in Area
District No. 17, as said districts are set forth and defined
in said ordinance, the following described lands situate,
lying and being in Miami Bealch, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block 19;
and Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 20 of
BISCAYNIE BEACH THIRD ADDITION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 47, at page 103, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 239 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended
so as to include in "RD" Single-Family District and in Area
District No. 10, as said Districts are set forth and defined
in said ordinance, the following described lands situate,
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 4 to 10, inclusive, of Block 21 of
BISCAYNE BEACH THIRD ADDITION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 47, at page 103, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION J: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as repaired by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, A. D.
1948.

nance No. 833, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA", having been passed and adopted by the City Council
of the ity of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by
me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 21st day of January,., A. D. 1948, and
that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the City of Miami Beach.
