Ordinance 836 ORDINANCE NO. 836 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF. " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAaI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and they are hereby amended so as to include in "A" District, as said District is set forth in said Ordinance, the following described lands situate lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to—wit: All of Block 24; The E* of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, and all of Lot 5 of Block 25; All being in OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO, 3, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, A. D. 1948, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the require- ments of the City Charter of the City of Miami Reach.
