Resolution 816 seo aft EON RESOLUTION NO. 816 DISTRICT H-60 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-60 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described im- provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. H-60 WASHINGTON AVENUE: To be paved, and where heretofore paved, repaved, to a width of seventy-six feet with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a Rock Base and Concrete curb and gutter, from the North line of First Street to the South line of Lincoln Road, as said Avenue, Street and Road are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 2, Pages 56 and 81, in Plat Book No. 4, Page 83, in Plat Book No . 3, Page 11, in Plat Book No. 7 , Page 145, in Plat Book No. 9, Page 147 and in Plat Book No. 6, . age 34, and as said Washington Avenue is nerved and designated. in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242, all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre- paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and prop- er. This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-60, and the property agi:.inst which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereander shall be designated as District H-60. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18.1.4_ day of February, A.
