RESOLUTION NO. 820
DISTRICT H-64 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-64
BE IT RESOLVED BY TSP, CITY COUNCIL OFT E CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-64 D ' XEL AVENUE: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved, to a width
of forty feet with a Bituminous Wearing
Surface on a bock Base, and Concrete
Curb and gutter, from the North line of
Eleventh Street to the West line of Wash-
ington Avenue, as said Street and Avenues
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
No. 2, Page 81, and as said Drexel and
Washington Avenues are named and designat-
ed in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed
Book No. 297, rage 242, all of the Public
Records of Dade County, .lorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings , asessments and bonds as Highway Improve-
ment H-64, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-64.
