SOLUTION NO. 821
DISTRICT H-65 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-65
BE IT RESOLVED BY TFE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-65 ELEVENTH STREET: To be paved and where
heretofore pave., repaved to a width of
thirty-four feet with a Bituminous Wear-
ing Surface on a Hock base and Concrete
curb and gutter, from the East line of
Drexel Avenue to the West line of Wash-
ington Avenue, as said Street and Avenues
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
No. 2, Page 81 and as said Drexel and
Washington Avenues are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book
No . 297 , rage 242, all of the public Records
of Dade County, r'lorida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expanses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-65, and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District H-65.

1925.
