Resolution 822 000 0011 RESOLUTION NO. 822 DISTRICT H-66 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-66 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or 1IALI BEACH,FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described im- provement is hereby ordered to be made; the City uouacil hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the uity Charter. H-66 WASHINGTON AVENUE: To be paved, and where heretofore paved,repaved, to a width of forty five feet with a Bituminous Wearing Surface on a nock Basgand Concrete curb and gutter, from the forth line of Bis- cayne Avenue to the South line of Fist Street ; as said Avenues and street are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book leo. 2, Page 81, and as said Washington Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance AO. 170,recorded in .need Book No. 297 ,Page 242, all of the Public .records of Dade County, i lorida. The City i+;ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the city Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof,in- eluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi- nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of p1Gmand specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as highway improve- ment ti-66, and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-66.
