RESOLUTION NO. 826
DISTRICT H- 70 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-70
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF DIE CITY OF
MIIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the
City Charter.
H- 70 OCEAN DRIVE: To be paved a width of fifteen
feet on the East side and ten feet on the
West side , and immediately adjoining an exist-
ing pavement along the center of said street
with a Bituminous Nearing surface on a Rock
Base and Concrete curb and gutter, from the
center line of First Street to the South line
of Third Street, also from the center line of
Fifth Street to the center line of Sixth Street,
as said Drive and Streets are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No. 3, Page 151, and in
Plat Book No. 4, Page 83, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby direzted to prepare and to
file with the dity Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H- 70, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District H- 70.

1925.
