RESOLUTION NO. 827
DISTRICT H- 71 HIGHWAY II:'TROVE ENT H- 71
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 2HE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construcion of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-7I EUCLID AVENUE: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved, to a width
of forty feet with a Bituminous Wearing
surface on a Rock Base and Concrete curb
and gutter, from a line thirty five feet
south of the center line of Fifth Street
to theoorth line of Fourth Street and
from the South line of Fourth Street to
the North line of Third Street; as said
Avenues and Streets are shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 2, page 81,
and as said Euclid and Washingtmn Avenues
are named anddesinated in Ordinance N .
170, recorded in deed book No. 297 ,page
242, all of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof,including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-71, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District H- 71.
