RESOLUTION NO. 829
DISTRICT H-73 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-73 SEVENTH, EIGHTH, NINTH, TENTH, ELEVENTH,
TWELFTH, THIRTEENTH AND FOURTEENTH STREETS :
To be paved and where heretofore paved, re-
paved to a width of thirty-four feet with
a Bituminous Wearing S'Irface on a Rock Base
and Uoncrete curb and gutter, from the East
line of Washington Avenue to the West line
of Collins Avenue, as said Streets and Ave-
nues are shown on flats recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, Page 56, and in Plat Book No. 3,
Page 11, and as said Collins and Washington
Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297 , Page
242, all of the Public .ecoids of Dade County,

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the Qity Clerk )fans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assesments and bonds as Highway Improve-
ment H-73, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-73.
