RE.SOLUT I0N NO. 830
DISTRICT H-74 HIGHWAY IL ROTE 'ANT H-74
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTTF, CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLOZIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby sett-
ing forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
H-74 SIXTH STREET: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved, to a width
of nineteen feet with a Bituminous
Wearing surface on a mock Base and
Concrete curb and gutter, from the
East line of Washington Avenue, to the
West line of Collins Avenue ; as said
Street and Avenues are shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book No. 3, Page 11,
and in Plat Book No. 4, Page 83, and
as said Washington and Collins Avenues
are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297 ,
page 242, all of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im-
provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-74, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall
be designated as District H-74.
