RESOLUTION NO. 832
DISTRICT H-76 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-76
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIA li BEACH, FLORIDA.
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-76 ALLEY BETWEEN COLLINS AVENUE AND OCEAN
DRIVE: To be paved to a width of eigh-
teen feet with a Bituminous Wearing Sur-
face on a nock . ase, from the North line
of i?ourteenth Street to the South line
of an alley or ten foot drive immediately
adjoining on the North of Block 19 , of
Oce :,n Beach Addition No. 2, as said Alleys,
Street, Drive and Avenue are shown on a
plat recorded in Ylat Book No. 2, Page 56,
and as said Collins Avenue is nwned and
designated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded
in Deed book No . 297, •age 242, all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelimi-
nary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
neces nary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improve-
ment H-76, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as
District H-76.
