DISTRICT H-77 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMEET H-77
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLOIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby sett-
ing forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter.
H-77 PINE TREE DRIVE: The West driveway
thereof to be paved, and where here-
tofore paved, repaved, to a width of
twenty-five feet with a Bituminous
Wearing Surface on a nock Base and
Concrete curb and gutter on the west
side, thereof, from the south line of
West Twenty-eighth Street to the South
line of West Thirtieth Street, as said
Drive and Streets are shown on a Plat re-
corded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 154, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement,
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improve-
ment H-77, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-77.
